This covers personal data collected when you buy a ticket or register interest for a Khusi Entertainment event through khusi.dk.
Who's responsible for your data
Khusi ApS (CVR 46110528, Haslevgade 16 1. th, 2630 Taastrup, Denmark) is the data controller. Contact khusientertainmentdk@gmail.com for anything to do with your data.
What we collect, and why
- Name and email — to issue your ticket, email your confirmation and QR code, and reach you if the event changes.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- "Notify me" signups — name and email, only to tell you when tickets go on sale for the event you registered for.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of processors to run this service, each only for what's needed to deliver your ticket:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending confirmation and ticket emails.
- Cloudflare — hosting the website and ticketing service, including the database your order is stored in.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for at least 5 years to meet Danish bookkeeping-law requirements (Bogføringsloven). "Notify me" signups are kept until the event has passed or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first — every notification email includes an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at khusientertainmentdk@gmail.com, subject to the retention period above for records we're legally required to keep (e.g. paid orders). You can unsubscribe from "notify me" emails yourself at any time via the link in those emails.
